We are very sorry to inform you that due to recent heavy rains in South China causing delays in raw material transportation, the estimated delivery date for your order #PO-2026-0678 (5,000 stainless steel vacuum flasks) needs to be postponed from July 15 to July 28.

We have arranged expedited production and added night shifts to ensure container loading is completed before July 28 under FOB Shenzhen terms. All products still comply with FDA and LFGB food safety standards, and inspection reports are attached with the shipment.

This delay is due to force majeure. According to Article 8.2 of the contract, we are not liable for liquidated damages for delayed delivery. If you require partial shipments to minimize the impact, we can arrange for 2,000 units to be shipped first on July 18.
